Shipping policy

Getting your order to you on time is extremely important to us.

Normally, orders will be shipped on the next business day after confirmation.

European Union countries: 3–7 business days delivery
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the order.

The means and delivery times may vary depending on the time of year. Any delay in the shipment of the articles, since the dates presented are merely indicative, does not entitle the Client to any type of compensation.

Deliveries and collections in EU are operated by various delivery companies. Mainly by DHL, DPD and GLS. Which are our main shipping partners.

Deliveries are made from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. It is necessary that someone is at the indicated address to receive the order. This service does not include the option to receive prior notice, so the delivery of the order will be made without the need for prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this period of time during promotions, sales, Christmas and out-of-stock periods.
