We’re growing fast and expanding into Austria 🇦🇹 and the Netherlands 🇳🇱, which will be the primary markets you’ll work with as our Influencer Collaborations & PR Specialist. If your TikTok and Instagram feeds double as market research, you have an eye for creators with potential, and you’re always curious about what’s gaining momentum next, keep reading.

One important thing: this is NOT a social media management role. You won’t be responsible for running Vita Pop’s Instagram or TikTok, planning our content calendar, posting every day or replying to comments. Your focus will be creators, influencer partnerships, PR, relationships and collaborations.

Your mission

Help make Vita Pop one of the most-loved brands in Austria and the Netherlands by finding the right creators, building meaningful relationships, and helping us grow our presence in both markets.

You don’t need to know every creator in Austria and the Netherlands on day one. What matters is that you’re naturally curious, understand how the creator space works, and are excited to quickly get to know the people, trends and opportunities shaping these markets.

What you’ll do:

✨ Scout and discover creators, emerging talent and new opportunities across Austria and the Netherlands.

✨ Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, creators and talent managers.

✨ Manage influencer collaborations from first outreach to campaign delivery.

✨ Support PR initiatives, product launches and creator events.

✨ Develop a strong understanding of the Austrian and Dutch creator landscapes and stay on top of local trends and platform updates.

✨ Work closely with our marketing team and founders to create campaigns people actually want to engage with.

We’re looking for someone who:

♡ Speaks German and English fluently. (Dutch is a big plus, but not a requirement.)

♡ Is excited to make Austria and the Netherlands their primary markets and develop a deep understanding of both creator landscapes.

♡ Loves social media and naturally keeps up with creators, trends and what’s gaining traction.

♡ Has a great instinct for spotting creators who could be a strong fit for a brand.

♡ Knows how to build relationships and communicate with confidence.

♡ Is proactive, organized and enjoys making things happen.

You don’t need to walk in knowing every creator in both markets. We care much more about your instincts, curiosity and ability to quickly understand who matters, who’s emerging and what’s gaining momentum.

What you’ll be doing

✨ Discover creators, rising talent and interesting new voices across Czechia and Slovakia.

✨ Identify creators who genuinely fit Vita Pop — not just the ones with the biggest follower count.

✨ Build real, long-term relationships with creators, influencers, agencies and talent managers.

✨ Own creator collaborations from first conversation and negotiation through to campaign execution.

✨ Help develop creative influencer campaigns, gifting concepts and brand partnerships.

✨ Support PR moments, launches, activations and creator events.

✨ Stay close to what’s happening in Czech and Slovak culture, social media and the wider creator ecosystem.

✨ Work directly with our founders and marketing team to turn ideas into collaborations people actually notice.

You might be a great fit if you

♡ Speak Czech or Slovak fluently and are comfortable working in English.

♡ Spend enough time on TikTok, Instagram and the internet to know what people are talking about before it reaches everyone else.

♡ Have a strong instinct for which creators, personalities and communities could be right for a brand.

♡ Are great with people and know how to turn a cold introduction into a genuine relationship.

♡ Understand that successful influencer marketing is about much more than sending 100 identical DMs.

♡ Are proactive, organized and comfortable owning projects from idea to execution.

♡ Get excited by the idea of becoming deeply connected to the Czech and Slovak creator scenes.

Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, talent management or brand collaborations is a big advantage — but great instincts, energy and cultural awareness matter just as much.
